ADDING MAX UC TO YOUR LINE

FOR YOUR CELL PHONE:

Shop for the free App on the App store or Google Play store.  The logo looks like this: 

Log in Manually

The Provider is Grid4 Communications

You will log in with your 10 digit phone number from Grid4

The default password is Grid4!23

Once you log in you will be forced to change the password to something new.  The old password will be Grid4!23 and your new password has to have an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a number an a character with a minimum of 8.  Your password will not be able to be recovered if lost or forgotten but your Admin can reset it to something new.

Once you log in you will put your cell number in.  Your app can be added to multiple phones if necessary.

FOR THE DESKTOP APPLICATION:

you will need to log in your Grid4 Commportal: https://commportal.grid4.com/.  You will use your 10 digit Grid4 phone number and the Commportal password you used for the mobility app.  If you have not added the mobility yet you will use the default password Grid4!23 and be forced to change it at your initial log in.

Your password will be the same across all apps and Commportal once it is changed.

Once you are in the Commportal go to “Support” then click on “Downloads”

Follow the “View Apps” prompts for adding to your desktop, laptop or tablet:
