New TED helpdesk ZOHO
Here is the link to the New IT Helpdesk portal.

this is where you will submit an IT helpdesk ticket,
Please remember this login this is how you will submit tickets going forward
When you go to sign in page
After you complete the signup process you will see this page, and an email will be sent to your email.
When you receive the email click on “Accept the Invitation”
You will be brought to this page, here you can update any information you need to update.
Go to My Area
Input all the information that the ticket is requesting.
After you have completed the Ticket click on Submit
You will receive an email letting you know that a ticket has been created
Once a ticket has been assigned you will get an email letting you know
You can review your tickets by going to My Area
To review your ticket, go to MY area and select IT Helpdesk under all Department
Click on the ticket and it will open up
Here you can see the status of the ticket and who it has been assigned to
When you ticket has been closed you will receive and email
You can go back to My Area and look at the ticket and see the resolution
